Automatic mains failure & solar-ready operation
ATS / automatic changeover is included as standard for mains-failure operation. Where the site control system requires it, the generator can also be configured for solar-ready operation to support site load or battery charging.
Scania service, repairs & parts support
GenTech SA supports supplied generator sets with scheduled servicing, repairs, fault finding, replacement parts and technical assistance. Service access and long-term maintenance planning should be considered as part of the complete installation.
Is 450 kVA the correct size?
The generator rating alone is not enough to confirm suitability. Motors, pumps, compressors, refrigeration and industrial machinery can create high starting currents, while altitude and power factor can reduce operating margin. GenTech SA can review the actual load before quotation.
Canopy, controls & custom configuration
Scania-powered generator sets can be supplied in sound-attenuated or project-specific enclosure arrangements. Canopy design, ventilation, fuel autonomy, control requirements and access can be adapted around the project where required.
